标准大骨瓣减压硬膜扩大减张缝合术与颞肌黏覆术治疗大面积脑梗死的效果比较

Abstract Objective To compare the effect of standard large bone flap decompression extradural expansion and relieving tension suture operation and temporal muscle adhesion treating large area cerebral infarction.Methods Clinical data of 78 patients with large area cerebral infarction treated by our hospital from January 2008 to January 2015 were analyzed.Patients were grouped according to different treatment measures.Treatment A group (standard large bone flap decompression extradural expansion and relieving tension suture operation)was 39 cases and treatment B group(standard large bone flap decompression temporal muscle adhesion operation)was 39 cases.Clincial effect,Glasgow outcome score (GOS)after 6 months surgery,neurobehavioral cognitive function (NCSE score)and complications in two groups were observed.Results The clinical effect and GOS,NCSE score after 6 months surgery in patients between two groups had no statistical significance (P＞0.05).The incidence rate of complications in treatment group B was higher than that of treatment group A(P＜0.05).Conclusion Standard large bone flap decompression extradural expansion and relieving tension suture operation and temporal muscle adhesion treating large area cerebral infarction have the better effect,but the incidence rate of complications for temporal muscle adhesion operation is higher.
