阿托伐他汀钙片治疗脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的效果

Abstract Objective To study the effect of Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets treating carotid atherosclerotic plaque in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Ninety patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected and they were divided into two groups by drawing lots,with 45 case in each group.Control group was given basic treatment,while observation group was given Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets for treatment on the basis of the control group.The level of blood lipid and condition of carotid atherosclerotic plaque in patients between two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in blood lipid level or condition of carotid atherosclerotic plaque before treatment between groups(P＞0.05).There was a statistical difference of the related indexes of blood lipid before and after treatment in patients between two groups(P＜0.05).The improvement of TC[(4.25±0.51) mmol/L],TG[(1.28±0.40)mmol/L],HDL-C[(2.01±0.60)mmol/L],LDL-C[(1.55±0.57)mmol/L]after treatment in observation group was better than that of control group [(5.73±0.58)mmol/L,(2.34±0.51)mmol/L,(1.08±0.52)mmol/L,(2.46±0.48) mmol/L] (P＜0.05).The related indexes of carotid atherosclerotic plaque after treatment in observation group[TPA (13.52±3.37)mm2,Crouse integration(7.02±2.34)points,IMT(0.96±0.04)mm,and the number of unstable plaque(0.35± 0.72)]was better than that of control group[(20.86±4.54)mm2,(10.67±5.26)points,(1.20±0.16)mm,(1.06±1.14)](P＜0.05). Conclusion Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets treating carotid atherosclerotic plaque in patients with cerebral infarction can effectively reduce the blood lipid level of patients,control the progress of the carotid atherosclerotic plaque,and its clinical effect is exact.
