| Application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated withⅡ-respiratory failure |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)complicated withⅡ-respiratory failure(Ⅱ-RF).Methods 102 patients with COPD complicated withⅡ-RF from January 2013 to January 2016 in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,51 cases in each group.Both groups patients were treated infection control,expectorant,antispasmodic,correct acid-base balance,nutrition,using BiPAP ventilator and other conventional treatment,the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.Nursing satisfaction score,average hospitalization time and half year relapse rate were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction score in observation group was(98.2±1.5)points,that was(82.6±3.9)points in control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).The average hospitalization time in observation group was(28.56±2.92)days, that was(36.39±6.89)days in control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).The 6 months relapse rate in observation group was 13.7%,was significantly lower than that in control group of 27.5%,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can improve the nursing satisfaction of the COPD complicated withⅡ-RF patients satisfaction degree of nursing,which promotes the recovery of disease and reduces the recurrence rate significantly.
