替罗非班对急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者直接经皮冠状动脉介入治疗后左室功能及临床预后的作用

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of Tirofiban on left ventricular function and prognosis in patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods 94 patients with ST segment elevation myocardial infarction from June 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected and were divided into two groups according to random number table.The control group was used direct percutaneous coronary intervention,the observation group was used Tirofiban on the basis of control group.The ratio of postoperative TIMI reached 3 grades,average hospital stay,incidence rate of bleeding;difference of left ventricular ejection fraction and quality of life in patients before and after treatment of two groups were compared.Results Ratio of postoperative TIMI reached 3 grades in observation group was obvious higher than that of control group (P＜0.05);average hospital stay of observation group was less and bleeding incidence rate was higher than that of control group(P＜0.01).Before treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction and quality of life in two groups were similar(P＞0.05);after treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction and quality of life in observation group were improved more than those of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Effect of Tirofiban on left ventricular function and prognosis are definitely in patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention,which promote blood flow reperfusion,improve the prognosis of patients,shorten the hospitalization time,improve the quality of life of patients,but need to be alert to the occurrence of bleeding after medication.
