| The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on immune function of patients with advanced liver cancer |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the immune function of patients with advanced liver cancer.Methods 96 patients with advanced liver cancer in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random principle,48 cases in each group.The control group was treated routine nursing method,the observation group was treated nursing intervention, the immune function and quality of life were compared between the two groups,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups were recorded.Results Compared with before intervention,the two groups after the intervention of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets and factor in type Th1 cells and the levels were increased,there were significant differences (P<0.05);the observation group after the intervention of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets was significantly higher than that of control group,the serum levels of Th1 type cytokine content was significantly higher than that of control group,with significant difference(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the role of body dimensions QLQ-30 score and total score in observation group were significantly improved,the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion the comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with advanced liver cancer can effectively improve the immune function of patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
