| Effect of personalized nursing intervention on quality of life after surgery of lumbosacral metastatic tumor |

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the effect of personalized nursing intervention on postoperative quality of life of lumbosacral metastases.MethodsA total of 79 patients undergone surgeries of lumbosacral metastatic bone tumor at appropriate time from May 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected as observational subjects.According to the sequence of visiting time,they were divided into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=37).In the control group, routine care was used,while in the observation group,active personalized nursing was added on the basis of the routine care.The sleep quality and mental state scores were compared between the two groups before and after operation.ResultsBefore operation,there was no statistical difference between sleep quality in two groups (P＞0.05).After operation, the scores of each factor in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,with statistical differences (P＜0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS before operation were not displayed significant differences in two groups(P＞0.05). However,after operation,the scores of SAS,SDS in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical difference (P＜0.05).ConclusionIndividualized nursing intervention refers to a nursing program centered by individuals and evidenced by data in one-to-one,which is beneficial to timely adjust postoperative rehabilitation regimen and improve the disease prognosis,and is worthy of promotion in clinical nursing.
