Abstract Objective To explore the value of details management for nursing workers in operating room for improving the core competitiveness of hospitals.Methods March to October 2015,details management was conducted for 11 nursing workers in operating room of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University.Before and after details management,checking results of professional knowledge and skills,work quality,satisfaction degree for nursing workers were observed.Results After details management conducted,theory examination score,practice operation assessment result,the overall result were obviously improved compared with before details management conducted,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of details management in the operation room for nursing workers is conducive to improve the nursing quality and it plays an active role for high quality nursing service in the operation room.
