Smad7 mRNA和NF-κBp65 mRNA及其蛋白在肝癌患者中的表达

Abstract Objective To study the expression of Smad7 and NF-κBp65 in HCC and their relationship.Methods 120 cases of specimen from patients carried surgical resection in the First People′s Hospital of Shunde of Southern Medical University from December 2005 to December 2010 were selected as the research object,including 10 cases of normal hepatic tissues,30 case of cirrhosis,30 cases of hepatitis and 50 cases of HCC.Immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization were used to detect the changes of Smad7 mRNA and NF-κBp65 mRNA and their proteins expressions in each kinds of hepatic tissues.Results The positive expressions rate of Smad7 mRNA and NF-κBp65 mRNA and their protein in HCC tissues were significantly higher than those in the cirrhosis tissues,hepatitis tissues and normal hepatic tissues,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.01).The expression of Smad7 mRNA and proteins in cirrhosis tissues were higher than those in normal tissues(χ2=4.043,4.848,all P＜0.05).The expression of NF-κBp65 protein in hepatocellular carcinoma was related to tumor size and the expression of Smad7 protein(χ2=5.592,4.578,all P＜0.05).Conclusion The abnormal expression of Smad7 and NF-κBp65 may be related to the evolution of HCC.
