标本溶血对生化检验结果影响的研究与探讨

Abstract Objective To discuss the influence of blood specimen hemolysis on the results of chemical biochemical tests.Methods The blood samples from 100 cases of normal volunteers carried out physical examination in outpatient of our hospital from September to December 2015 for the research object.12 tested indexes of biochemical index blood samples such as alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST),values of total bilirubin(TBil),direct bilirubin(DBil),total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),creatine kinase(CK),K+,calcium(Ca2+),glucose(GLU),urea nitrogen (BUN),uric acid (UA)were detected before and after hemolysis by the Hitachi Model 7600-010 automatic biochemical analyzer and the levels difference of each indexe was analyzed.Results Levels of AST,ALT,Tbil,Dbil,TP,ALB,CK,K+,Glu, BUN before and after the hemolysis had statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the value of UA,Ca2+had no statistical difference before and after the hemolysis (P>0.05).Conclusion The hemolysis has a great influence on on the clinical and biochemical test,the effect of clinical laboratory tests,in order to reduce or avoid hemolysis phenomenon, clinical staff should be strict in the operating of samples collecting,transport,separate and detecting,and keep higher quality control before test,that can make the results more accurate and reliable.
