多b值DWI技术在常见肝脏良恶性肿瘤中的血流灌注特点及其对病变的鉴别诊断价值

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the differential diagnosis value of perfusion characteristics performing multiple bvalue DWI examination in benign and malignant tumors of liver.Methods50 cases with liver lesions in our hospital from June 2016 to October 2017 by the comprehensive imaging examination and confirmed by pathology treated with multiple b value of DWI scans,including 32 cases of malignant tumors (15 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma,11 cases of liver metastasis,6 cases of cholangiocarcinoma),18 cases of benign tumors(10 cases of liver hemangioma,8 cases of hepatic cyst).The low b value ADC and eADC value,high b value ADC and eADC value,ADC perfusion and eADC perfusion value were calculated,and the differences between benign and malignant liver tumors of the ADC and eADC value were analyzed.ResultsAt low values of b,ADC and eADC values between benign and malignant liver tumors had no significant difference(P＞0.05).At high values of b,the differences in ADC and eADC values between benign and malignant tumors of the liver were statistical significance (P＜0.05).ADC perfusion and eADC value between benign and malignant liver tumors had a significantly difference(P＜0.05).ConclusionPerfusion ADC value and perfusion eADC value can provide reference information for blood perfusion characteristics of liver tumor.Combined with routine MRI examination and clinical history,it can improve the accuracy of diagnosis of liver benign and malignant tumors.
