针灸联合推拿辅助治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的可行性分析

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture assisted with massage in the adjuvant treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.Methods Altogether 98 patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with massage therapy,the study group was given acupuncture combined with massage treatment.The therapeutic effects and the changes of hemodynamics before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.87%,which was higher than that in the control group (75.51%), with significant difference(P＜0.05).The indexes of TMFV,PSV,PI,RI after treatment in the two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The indexes of TMFV and PSV after treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the indexes of PI and RI after treatment in the study group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Combination of application of acupuncture and massage therapy in the adjuvant treatment of patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type can significantly improve vertebral arterial blood flow status,which can achieve better clinical treatment effect,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
