| Application of PDCA circulation in the youth science fund project declaration management |

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the application and feasibility of the PDCA mode in the National Nature Science Youth Science fund project,propose the constructive management advice for the National Natural Science Foundation of young talent cultivation project,promote the development of hospital technology.MethodsFilter young people,who meet the requirement,the declaration rate and winning bid rate from January 2012 to December 2014 were compared.The PDCA mode was applied to reason analysis,making management plan,establishing hospital young talent foundation,hospital research performance appraisal,supervision incentive mechanism,long-term mechanism and the National Natural annual youth counseling measures.After fund winning feedback,departments implement and collaborative supervision were summarized at final.ResultsAfter the application of PDCA,the declaration rate and winning bid rate of young people have reached the expected target.ConclusionThe application of PDCA obviously improves the rate of declaration and winning bid.It can be widely used in hospital scientific management.
