多层螺旋CT在原发性小肠淋巴瘤和小肠腺癌中的表现及价值

Abstract Objective To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of primary intestinal lymphoma and primary intestinal adenocarcinoma.Methods From January 2007 to December 2016,20 patients with primary intestinal adenoearcinoma and 21 patients with primary intestinal lymphoma were selected in our hospital.These 41 disgnosed patients received spiral CT examination.Tumor location and CT features of two tumors were compared.Results In the location of primary intestinal lymphoma,2 cases were in duodenum,4 cases were in jejunum,15 cases were in ileum. In the location of primary intestinal adenocarcinoma,15 cases were in duodenum,3 cases were in jejunum,2 cases were in ileum.It was statistically significant between the two groups(P＜0.05).There was no statistical significance in the CT value of the topical mass between these two primary intestinal tumor patients(P＜0.05).The CT value of arterial phase and venous phase were(46.0±7.6),(67.9±6.5)HU in intestinal lymphoma,which were significantly higher than those of intestinal adenoeareinoma[(103.9±9.1),(103.9±9.1)HU]respectively in contrast enhanced spiral CT,both of the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The multi-slice spiral CT features are different between the diagnosis of primary intestinal lymphoma and adenoearcinoma,the diagnostic method is worthy of wide clinical application.
