针灸配合黄连阿胶汤治疗围绝经期失眠症的效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the effect of acupuncture-moxibustion matching with Huanglian Ejiao Decoction treating perimenopausal insomnia.MethodsEighty patients with perimenopausal insomnia treated in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Zengcheng District of Guangzhou City from May 2015 to March 2016 were randonly divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).In the control group,only Huanglian Ejiao Decoction was used for the treatment,while in the observation group,on the basis of the administration of Huanglian Ejiao Decoction,acupuncturemoxibustion was combined.The effect of improving traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)symptoms,quality of life,Pittsburgh sleep index (PSQI),HAMA and HAMD score were compared between two groups.ResultsThe effective rate of improving TCM symptoms in the observation group (95.00%)was higher than that in the control group accounting for 62.50%(P＜0.01).In the observation group,the score of quality of life was much higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).In the observation group,after 1,2,and 4 weeks therapy,the score of PSQI,HAMA,and HAMD were all lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05)as well as in the control group after treatment(P＜0.05).ConclusionAcupuncture-moxibustion matching with Huanglian Ejiao Decoction treating perimenopausal insomnia obtains a remarkable effect.It can effectively improve patients′insomnia state as well as sleep quality,hence betters quality of life and poor mental state, which has a higher clinical application value.
