无保护助产护理对自然分娩的影响研究

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy of unprotected midwifery nursing on natural childbirth.Methods120 cases of natural childbirth puerperas in our hospital from February 1st2015 until December 20th2015 were selected and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine help nursing,while patients in the observation group were given unprotected midwifery nursing,the incidence of neonatal asphyxia,postpartum urinary retention,postpartum hemorrhage perineal tear and perineal incision were compared between two groups.ResultsThe incidence of neonatal asphyxia,postpartum urinary retention, postpartum hemorrhage perineal tear and perineal incision(3.33%,1.67%,5.00%,8.33%,6.67%)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(16.67%,11.67%,18.30%,23.33%,25.00%),the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionIt is not only effective to reduce neonatal asphyxia,postpartum urinary retention,postpartum hemorrhage rate,but also reduce the incidence of perineal tear,the incidence of perineal incision,and ensure the safety of mother and child.
