| Observation on immune effect of hepatitis B vaccine in children from 6 months to 5 years old in Yizhou,Guangxi |

Abstract Objective To get known the immune effect of hepatitis B vaccine injected in children aged from 6 months to 5 years in Yizhou City in order to provide the basis for hepatitis B vaccine vaccination.Methods From December 1 to 15 in 2015,the serum from 1127 children aged from 6 months to 5 years was collected by multi-stage stratified random sampling,the level of HBsAg and anti-HBs were detected.Results The positive rates of HBsAg and anti-HBs was 0.09%and 84.83%in all participants respectively.The positive rate of anti-HBs in children without enhancement of immunization decreased with age,there was significantdifference in anti-HBs positive rate among allage groups(P＜0.01). There was no significant difference in anti-HBs positive rate among children of different genders (P＞0.05).The anti-HBs positive rate in children living in urban was higher than that in villages (P＜0.01).The positive rate of anti-HBs in children with the history of enhancement of immunization was higher than that without enhancement(P＜0.01).Conclusion Immunization of hepatitis B vaccine in Yizhou has obtained great effect.The immunization effect is related to the factors containing years of immunization,enhanced immunization etc.The key measures to improve the effect of hepatitis B vaccination include implementation of anti-HBs monitoring in an appropriate time,timely enhancement of immunization.
