| Application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperative period of ovarian cyst operation |

Abstract Objective To investigate the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperative period of ovarian cyst operation.Methods From January 2016 to July 2017,60 cases patients of ovarian cysts treated by operation in our hospital were selected as the subjects.According to the different nursing methods,all the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine gynecological nursing,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.The operation time,blood loss,hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results The operation time of the observation group ([74.77±27.56] min) was shorter than the control group ([102.5±45.76] min),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The blood loss of the observation group ([52.67±42.38] ml) was less than that of the control group ([78.83±49.53] ml),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the observation group ([4.07±0.73] d) was shorter than the control group ([5.70±1.22] d),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of observation group (93.33%) was higher than the control group (73.33%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The use of comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the operation time,reduce the amount of bleeding in patients during operation,and shorten patient′s hospitalization time.At the same time,it is important to improve the satisfaction degree of nursing,which is worthy of clinical application.
