Abstract Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) hot Ⅰ package combination of Chinese medicine nursing on patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc of qi-stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Methods 86 patients of the orthopaedic Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of TCM from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected,patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc were randomly divided into two groups,43 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Ⅰpackage method and traditional Chinese medicine nursing,and the control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing,and compared the effects，the improvement of pain and the improvement of quality of life of the two groups.Results In the control group,16 cases were cured,10 cases were improved,and 17 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 60.46%.In the experimental group,26 cases were cured,10 cases were improved,7 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 83.42%.Compared with the control group,the experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The pain symptom and quality of life the experimental group was higher than the control group for and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine hot Ⅰ package combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of qi stagnation of blood stasis syndrome in patients with is better than the use of traditional Chinese medicine nursing.
