舒适护理模式应用于急性缺血性脑卒中患者康复期的效果评价

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of comfortable nursing model in patients with acute ischemic stroke during rehabilitation.Methods88 patients diagnosed with acute ischemic stroke and in convalescence in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divieded into the experiment group and the control group,with 44 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while patients in the experiment group were given routine nursing combined with comfort care nursing model.The scores of SDS,SAS,ESS,FMA,BI and the degree of satisfaction of patients in two groups were compared.ResultsBefore nursing,there were no significantly different among the scores of SAS,SDS,ESS,FMA,BI in two groups(P＞0.05);after nursing,the scores of SAS,SDS in observation group was lower than those in control group,and the scores of ESS,FMA,BI in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The degree of satisfaction of patients in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionIt is beneficial to improve the mental state (anxiety and depression)and the neurological,motor and selfcare function of patients with acute ischemic stroke during the rehabilitation period,and promote the improvement of nursing satisfaction.
