延续性护理在高血压脑出血术后患者中的应用

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the application of continuous nursing in patients after operation with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods90 cases of patients diagnosed with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 45 cases in each group.All the patients were given the same treatment method in hospital,the observation group were given continuous nursing intervention,while the control group were given no nursing intervention.The health behavior,the blood pressure,the rate of rebleeding were compared between two groups.ResultsThe scores of all indexes of health behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significantly different among the levels of blood pressure(systolic and diastolic pressure),the score of MBI in two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the levels of blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the score of MBI in the observation was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of rebleeding in the observation was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe application of continuous nursing care to patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,help patients to establish good health behavior after discharge,more help to control blood pressure,reduce the occurrence of bleeding time,it is worth promoting.
