| Application efficacy of humanistic care in nursing of malignant tumor |

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the application efficacy of humanistic care in nursing of malignant tumor.Methods120 cases of patients with malignant tumor who hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into the obsevation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing plan,while the observation group was given humanistic care on the basis of the control group.The levels of anxiety and depression,quality of life and the degree of nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.ResultsBefore nursing,there were no significantly different between the scores of SAS and SDS in two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05).After nursing,the physical function,pain and discomfort,mental state and behavior state in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The degree of total, service attitude and technical satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe application of humanistic care in patients with malignant tumor not only can improve the negative emotions and the quality of life of patients,but also to improve the level of care services from all aspects.
