思维导图在脑卒中急性期并发症护理中的应用

Abstract ObjectiveTo application of mind mapping in the nursing of complication in patients with cerebral apoplexy in acute phase.Methods48 nurses worked in the department of neurology in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 24 cases in each group.The nurses in the control group were trained without mind mapping,while the nurses in the experiment group were trained with mind mapping,nurses in two group gave patients specialist nursing and health education.120 patients with cerebral apoplexy in acute phase admitted into our hospital at the same were selected and were given specialist nursing and health education by nurses in two groups,60 cases in each group.The incidence of complications of patients,the cognitive level and nursing ability of complications were compared between two group.ResultsThe incidence of complications of patients in the experiment group（25.00%）was lower than that in the control group(10.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Before training,there were no significantly different among the scores of cognitive level and nursing ability of complications in two groups(P>0.05);after training,the scores of two indexes in the experiment group[(91.35±6.13),(92.43± 6.85)points]were higher than those in the control group[(64.68±5.18),(66.52±5.42)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionMind mapping in nursing of cerebral apoplexy in acute phase with complications has significant application value,it can obviously improve the cognitive level and nursing ability of nurses to cerebral apoplexy with complications,and decrease the incidence of complications.
