| Analysis on the effect of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in the treatment of acute decompensated severe patients with chronic heart failure |

Abstract ObjectiveTo analyze the efficacy of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in the treatment of acute decompensated severe patients with chronic heart failure.Methods90 acute decompensated severe patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 45 patients in each group.Patients in the observation group were given intravenous injection of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide for treatment;patients in the control group were treated with intravenous injection of Milrinone.The total effective rate after treatment, hemodynamic parameters after treatment(myocardial longitudinal SR,CI,SV),and the volume of urine,heart rate,mean arterial pressure,plasma BNP changes,and the improvement of cardiac function(LVEDD,LVEF)were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate was 97.77%in the observation group and 84.44%in the control group. The difference compared between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in mean arterial pressure and LVEDD after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the hemo dynamic parameters(myocardial longitudinal SR,CI,SV),urine volume,heart rate,plasma BNP changes and LVEF improve ment in the observation group were better than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.ConclusionThe application of intravenous injection of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in the treatment of acute decompensated severe patients with chronic heart failure can significantly enhance the total effective rate of treatment,improve the clinical symptoms and the cardiac function.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
