替加环素联合头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗老年泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌重症肺炎的效果分析

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the efficacy of Tigecycline combined with Cefoperazone/Sulbactam in the treatment of elderly patients with severe pneumonia caused by Acinetobacter baumannii.Methods100 elderly patients with pneumonia caused by Acinetobacter baumannii were treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Cefoperazone/Sulbactam treatment,the observation group was treated with Tigecycline combined with Cefoperazone/ Sulbactam.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.ResultsThe improvement time of body temperature, rales,C-reactive protein,white blood cells and chest radiography in the observation group was shorter than that in control group,the offline success rate and total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The bacterial clearance rate and the reinfection rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the incidence rate of adverse reaction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).ConclusionFor the elderly patients with severe pneumonia caused by Acinetobacter baumannii,Tigecycline combined with Cefoperazone/Sulbactam is more effective than simple use of a drug treatment,with relative ideal in safety,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
