克拉霉素与阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果及对症状体征评分的影响

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of Clarithromycin and Azithromycin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children and its influence on the scores of symptoms and signs.MethodsFrom February 2015 to December 2016,110 cases of Mycoplasma pneumonia in our hospital were selected as the research object,and divided into the control group and the combined group according to different treatment methods,55 cases in each group.The control group was given Azithromycin treatment,the combined group was given Azithromycin and Clarithromycin combined treatment.The clinical efficacy,symptom and sign score,clinical symptom disappearance time and the incidence rate of adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of the combined group was 96.36%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The scores of fever, cough,pulmonary rale and dyspnea in the combined group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The disappearance time of fever,cough,pulmonary rale and dyspnea in the combined group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the combined group was 5.45%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe clinical effect of Azithromycin combined with Clarithromycin in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia is better.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
