布地奈德+沙丁胺醇雾化吸入联合口服孟鲁司特治疗婴幼儿喘息性支气管炎的效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo study and explore the clinical effect of oral administration of Montelukast in the treatment of atomization and inhalation of infantile asthmatic bronchitis.Methods100 children with asthmatic asthmatic bronchitis who enrolled in our pediatric outpatient department from January 2013 to October 2016 were selected as research object,the subjects were randomly divided into two groups by single blind random grouping method,50 cases in the control group was treated with inhalation of Budesonide and Salbutamol,50 cases in the observation group was treated with Montelukast oral treatment which based on the control group,the asthmatic bronchitis clinical treatment effect,symptom relief time,outpatient treatment time and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of treatment in the observation group (96%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(80%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);symptom relief time of respiration[(4.10±1.85)d],cough [(2.01±0.96)d],wheeze[(4.59±1.94)d]and outpatient treatment time[(6.13±1.72)d]of the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group [(6.73±2.42),(3.36±1.28),(7.23±2.60),(8.49±2.38)d]respectively,the dif ference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions was 8%in the observation group and 6% in the control group,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionIn the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis,oral Montelukast treatment can effectively improve the effect of children inhalation therapy,promote its clinical symptoms more effectively,and with less adverse reactions,the safety is reliable.
