| Effect of Clomiphene citrate direct ovulation plus ethinylestradiol cyproterone acetate in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome |

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of Clomiphene citrate direct ovulation combined with ethinyl estradiol cyproterone acetate in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).Methods86 patients with PCOS treated in our hospital from January 2015 to August 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the ratio of 1∶1,and the control group was treated with Clomiphene direct ovulation induction therapy,the observation group was treated with the Clomiphene based on the addition of ethinylestradiol cy proterone treatment.The levels of serum sex hormones,the number of mature follicles,endometrial thickness,cervical mucus score,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups.ResultsAfter 3 months of treatment,the levels of LH,FSH,T and E2were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the number of mature follicles,endometrial thickness and cervical mucus score of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe application of Clomiphene citrate direct ovulation method in the treatment of PCOS based on the addition of ethinylestradiol cyproterone acetate can effectively improve the ovulation rate of patients,reduce the level of sex hormones in patients to promote pregnancy success,with good clinical reference value.
