特殊护理联合康复性指导在股骨粗隆间骨折患者中的应用分析

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the application of special care combined with rehabilitative guidance in patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods150 patients′clinical data of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in Department of Orthopaedics in our hospital from March 2014 to September 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group(n=80)and the control group(n=70)by different nursing method.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while patients in the observation group were given special care combined with rehabilitative guidance.The score of Harris,the degree of pain after operation and quality of life were compared between two groups.ResultsThe excellent rate of the score of Harris in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the degree of pain was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before operation,there were no significantly different among the scores of body function,social function,mental health,substance function in two groups (P＞0.05);after operation,the scores of those indexes in two groups were all increased,and compared with those before operation,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).And those in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).ConclusionThe application of femoral intertrochanteric fracture patients by special care compare with rehabilitative guidance,which could improve hip joint function of patients,decrease pain after operation,increase life quality,it is worthy of clinical application.
