中医痰热清注射液辅助治疗脓毒症对病情进展和死亡率的干预作用

Abstract ObjectiveTo observe the mend matters of sepsis and intervention effects of death rate with Tanreqing Injection.Methods90 sepsis patients in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by the method of random number table,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with normal western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Tanreqing Injection additional on the basis of normal western medicine.After 7 days of treatment,the changes of inflammatory marks including CRP,PCT,IL-6, IL-8,TNF-α were observed.APACHEⅡwas recorded before and after treatment.After 21 days of treatment,the curative effect and death rate were counted.ResultsAfter 7 days of treatment,the observation group had better improvement effects on CRP,PCT,IL-6,IL-8,TNF-a than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The APACHEⅡscore of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05).After 21 days of treatment,efficiency rate of observation group(44.4%)was higher than the control group(28.9%),with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05). There were no statistically significant differences between two groups in the death rate (P＞0.05).The observation group had lower incidence rates of shock and deep venous thrombosis than the control group with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).ConclusionTanreqing Injection can reduce sepsis patients′inflammation,improve clinical symptoms and cut the death rate.
