| The Prevalence and Risk factor analysis of fatty liver disease in Shantou Health Examination Crowd |

Abstract ObjectiveTo know shantou health examination crowd incidence of fatty liver and its major risk factors,to explore the epidemiological characteristics and to provide evidence for the prevention of fatty liver.MethodsA complete data including 1916 cases of medical test results were collected between December 2009 and November 2011 in Shantou Hospital of TCM analysis the prevalence of fatty liver and related risk factors.ResultsThe incidence of fatty liver was 47%,the incidence of male was significantly higher than female (P<0.01).Age,BMI,DPB,TG,ALT,AST,FPG, TBIL,DBIL values in fatty liver group were significantly higher than those in non-fatty liver group(P<0.05).The Logistic regression analysis results showed that BMI,FPG,TG,TC,ALT,AST were risk factors of fatty liver disease(P<0.05).ConclusionThe incidence of fatty liver in Shantou health examination crowd is higher and associated with obesity,blood glucose,blood lipid and liver function closely.
