奥美拉唑联合血凝酶对老年胃溃疡伴出血的临床效果和安全性研究

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of application of Omeprazole combined with Hemocoagulase in the treatment of elderly patients with gastric ulcer accompanied with hemorrhage.Methods76 elderly patients with gastric ulcer accompanied with hemorrhage who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from August to December in 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,38 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Omeprazole combined with Hemocoagulase,the control group was simply treated with Omeprazole.The hemostatic effect,ulcer healing conditions and the incidence rate of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe hemostasis time of the observation group was (22.67±3.72)h,which was shorter than that of the control group[(37.42±5.65)h],with significant difference(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.74%,which was higher than that of the control group (76.32%),with significant difference (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).ConclusionThe clinical effect of Omeprazole combined with Hemocoagulase in the treatment of elderly patients with gastric ulcer accompanied with hemorrhage is accurate,with rapid hemostasis and high safety,which can effectively promote ulcer healing without increase of adverse reactions in patients,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
