CT定位下微创穿刺治疗高血压基底节区脑出血的短期效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the short-term effect of minimally invasive puncture treating hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage under CT.Methods84 patients with hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage treated in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group by a random digital table,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine craniotomy hematoma removal,while the treatment group was treated with minimally invasive puncture under CT.The operation time,recovery time,total hospital stay,total effective rates,degrees of improvement of cerebral nerve defect scores before and after operation,adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe operation time,recovery time,total hospital stay in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,with significant differences(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of operation in the treatment group was up to 88.1%,which was higher than that of 61.9%in the control group with a significant difference(P＜0.05).The degree of improvement of cerebral nerve defect scores before and after operation in the treatment was higher than that in the control group with a significant difference(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions of the treatment group(4.8%)during the operation was lower than that in the control group(23.8%), with a significant difference (P＜0.05).ConclusionMinimally invasive puncture treating hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage under CT can reduce the operation trauma,accelerate the recovery and reduce the adverse reactions.
