Abstract The intestinal mucosal barrier is a important biological barrie which protect the body from intestinal bacteria and endotoxin,and it is an important part of the body′s prote-ctive system.It consists of three parts∶mechanical barrier and intestinal mucosa barrier of biological barriers and immune barrier,and every barrier has different structure,different molecular regulation mechanism and biological function.At the same time,this three parts unifies in together through their signaling pathways organically and defense foreign antigen material for the body.In clinic,pathological batter in different reasons often cause intestinal ischemia,and intestinal ischemia-reperfusion injury after intestinal barrier damage is the common pathological changes.Intestinal barrier function change has multiple factors in ischemia-reperfusion, ischemia and reperfusion in intestinal will damage the three parts.This paper will write a review about the influence of ischemia-reperfusion injury on function of intestinal barrier.
