前方牵引联合快速扩弓治疗替牙期骨性Ⅲ类错牙合畸形的效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo study the effect of anterior traction combined with rapid maxillary expansion treating skeletal malocclusion of classⅢin mixed dentition.Methods41 patients with skeletal malocclusion of classⅢin mixed dentition treated by our outpatient from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects,and they were given anterior traction combined with rapid maxillary expansion.SNA,SNB,ANB,SND,U1-NA,U1-NA Angle,L1-NB,L1-NB Angle were compared before and after the treatment.ResultsCompared with those indicators before the treatment, SNA angle increased,SNB angle narrowed,ANB angle increased,SND angle narrowed,U1-NA distance increased,and U1-NA angle increased,L1-NB distance increased,L1-NB angle increased,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionAnterior traction combined with rapid maxillary expansion has the significant effect,which promotes the growth of maxilla,and inhibit the growth of mandible,and correct the skeletal malocclusion of classⅢ in mixed dentition and improve facial form.
