Clinical efficacy of low molecular heparin in children with nephrotic syndrome |

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the Clinical efficacy of low molecular heparin in children with nephrotic syndrome.Methods100 children with nephrotic syndrome admitted to our hospital from February 2013 to February 2017 were selected and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the method of lottery,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional therapy and prednisone while the observation group were given low molecular heparin on the basis of the control group.The levels of Cer,BUN,SCr,24 h urine protein, Alb and TC,PT,APTT and the incidence of adverse events were compared between two groups.ResultsThe levels of Cer,BUN,SCr,24 h urine protein and TC of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group; the level of Alb was higher than that in the control group;the PT and APTT were shorter than those in the control group;the incidence of adverse events was lower than that in the incidence of adverse events,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionLow molecular heparin in the treatment of children with nephrotic syndrome is effective and safe.
