| Experimental study of the effects of Huoxue Powder on acute soft tissues injury and its anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects |

Abstract ObjectiveTo study the effect of Huoxue Powder of old Mr.LIN Ru-gao on acute soft tissues injury and its effect on repair and treatment of damaged soft tissues.MethodsExperimental animals were 56 mice,half of male and female.Each group of mice were half of male and female.16 mice were randomly divided into model control group(8 mice)and Huoxue Powder treatment group(8 mice).The anti-inflammatory effect of Huoxue Powder was observed by xylene auricle swelling method;16 mice were randomly divided into model control group (8 mice)and Huoxue Powder treatment group(8 mice,half of male and female).The analgesic effect of Huoxue Powder was observed by acetic acid writhing method.24 mice were randomly divided into two groups∶the group (12 mice)and the model control group(12 mice).Six mice(half of male and female)were randomly selected at 2 and 4 days after treatment,and the subcutaneous and muscle tissues were taken at the time of anesthesia to observe the histological.ResultsThe degree of ear swelling in mice of Huoxue Powder treatment group was significantly lighter than that in model control group (P＜0.05).The number of writhing in mice of Huoxue Powder treatment group was significantly less than that in model control group(P＜0.05).The repair process of skeletal muscle cells in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the model control group.ConclusionHuoxue Powder has a good anti-inflammatory analgesic effect,which can accelerate the repair of acute soft tissue injury process.
