连续性肾脏替代治疗与间歇性血液透析治疗重症急性肾功能衰竭的效果研究

Abstract ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical efficacy of continuous renal replacement therapy and intermittent hemodialysis in the treatment of severe acute renal failure.Methods46 patients with severe acute renal failure from May 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the difference of treatment methods,23 cases in each group.The control group was given selective intermittent hemodialysis in the clinical treatment,and the observation group was given continuous renal replacement therapy in the clinical treatment.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups after treatment.ResultsThe total effective rate after treatment in the observation group was 91.30%,which was hifher than that in the control group (73.91%),with significant difference (P＜0.05).The levels of BUN and SCr after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of CCr after treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The survival rate of 1 year in the observation group was 82.61%,which was higher than that in the control group(60.87%),with significant difference(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe effect of continuous renal replacement therapy in the treatment of patients with severe acute renal failure is significant,which can improve the clinical symptoms and improve the survival rate of patients,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
