集束化护理在预防呼吸内科重症患者误吸中的应用

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the application of cluster nursing in the prevention of aspiration in severe patients in Department of Respiratory Medicine.Methods48 severe patients from January to December 2016 and 41 severe patients from January to December 2015 in Department of Respiratory Medicine in our hospital were selected respectively as the observation group and the control group.Patients in the control group were given the routine nursing,while patients in the observation group were given the cluster nursing on the basis of the control group.The incidence of aspiration,the length of hospital stays,the incidence of ICU treatment and the level of anxiety were compared between two groups.ResultsThe incidence of aspiration and ICU treatment in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,the length of hospital stays was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before nursing,there were no significantly different among the scores of SAS in two groups(P＞0.05); after nursing,the scores of SAS in two groups were all declined,and compared with those before nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.01).And that in the observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.01).ConclusionThe cluster nursing has a positive effect on the prevention of aspiration in severe patients in respiratory medicine,which can effectively reduce the incidence of aspiration,significantly shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce the incidence of ICU treatment and the patients′anxiety.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
