Abstract ObjectiveTo compare the clinical efficacy between laparoscopic cholecystectomy and open cholecystectomy.Methods84 patients accepted cholecystectomy in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different surgery methods, with 42 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with open cholecystectomy(OC),and patients in the observation group were received:laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).The surgery situation, the recovery condition after surgery, the incidence of relapse and complication were compared between two groups.ResultsThe operation time, postoperative exhaust time, postoperative activity time, gastrointestinal function recovery time, the length of hospital stays and operative incision lengths were shorter than those in the control group;peroperative bleeding and dosage of analgesicwas less than that in the control group;the incidence of complications (incision hemorrhage, incision infection, radiating pain, obstructive jaundice)were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no relapses in two groups.ConclusionThe application of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallbladder disease, combined with the quality of nursing intervention, has a remarkable clinical effect and high safety,so it is worth to be widely used in clinical practice.
