腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗阑尾周围脓肿的效果对比

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the effect of laparoscope and open surgery in the treatment of peri-appendiceal abscess.Methods96 cases clinical data of peri-appendiceal abscess in our hospital of general surgery department from February 2014 to February 2017 were retrospective analyzed,all patients were divided into the laparotomy group(46 cases)and the laparoscope group (50 cases)according to different operation treatment methods.The operation time,intraoperatve blood soss,postoperative exhaust time,24 h analgesic usage,hospital stays,exhaust time,body temperature recovery time,white blood cells back to normal time,and the incidence rate of infection of incisional wound,intra-abdominal abscess,pelvic within abscess,recurrence rate of the two groups were observed.ResultsThe bleeding volume in the laparoscopic group was less than that in the laparotomy group,and the use rate of 24 h analgesic in laparoscopic group was lower than that in the laparotomy group,hospital stay in the laparoscopic group was shorter than that in the laparotomy group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The exhaust time,the recovery time of body temperature and the recovery time of white blood cells in the laparoscopic group was shorter than that in the laparotomy group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of incision infection,intra-abdominal abscess,pelvic abscess and recurrence rate in the laparoscopic group was lower than that in the laparotomy group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).ConclusionLaparoscope in the treatment of patients with appendiceal abscess has the advantages of less trauma,faster recovery, fewer complications,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
