Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the Application effect of cluster nursing care on patients with continuous blood purification.Methods88 patients received continuous blood purification treatment in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the observation objects and were divided into the observation group (n=44)and the control group(n=44)according to the random number table.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and patients in the observation group were given cluster nursing intervention.After the treatment,the CRBSI occurrence,catheter time,hospital stay,CRBSI duration,the CRBSI time andnursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.ResultsThe CRBSI rate of the observation group was 6.8%,significantly lower than 22.7%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The catheter time,hospital stay and CRBSI duration of the observation group were respectively(22.9±7.1),(30.8 ±8.6),(10.4±5.5)d,which were significantly shorter than(30.5±9.6),(42.4±10.3),(11.4±4.7)d of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);CRBSI time of the observation group was(16.0±5.3)d,which was significantly longer than(11.4±4.7)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 86.4%,which was significantly higher than 65.9%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionCluster nursing care on catheter-related bloodstream infection in patients with continuous blood purification has the good effect,significantly reduces the CRBSI incidence,can shorten the treatment time,and greatly improve the patients′satisfaction,so it is worth of clinical promotion.
