| Application of comfortable nursing in voluntary blood donation |

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the application of comfortable nursing in voluntary blood donation.Methods480 cases of blood donors from February 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the control group,and 480 cases from July 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given comfortable nursing intervention.The comfort level,pain degree,blood donation reaction,nursing satisfaction and willingness to donate blood were compared between two groups.ResultsThe comfort level of blood donors in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the pain degree and blood donation reaction were lower than those in the control group,the nursing satisfaction and willingness to donate blood were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe use of comfortable nursing in the work of voluntary blood donation can effectively improve the blood donations′comfort,reduce the blood donations′blood donation response and pain,improve the satisfaction and willingness to donate blood,it is worthy of clinical use.
