Exploration of integrated medical model in emergency medical teaching |

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the application of integrated medical model in emergency medical teaching research.MethodsTwo questionnaires(Paper A and Paper B)with the same content were issued by using self-controlled method to 93 interns who had internships in General Hospital of Yankuang Group from September 1st,2015 to May 16th,2016 before and after integrated medicine training respectively.Corresponding questions on the interns′recognition of integrated medicine,emergency medicine under integrated medicine training and the application degree of long-wire-guided gastrointestinal tube replacement were answered so as to make statistical analysis of the summarized results.ResultsAfter integrated medicine training,interns showed a marked increase in their recognition of the concept,specific content and mode application purpose of integrated medicine,and the understanding of the application degree of long-wire-guided gastrointestinal tube replacement,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01);all the interns were well informed about the recognition of the requirements of emergency medical staff before training,and there was no statistically significant difference in their pre-and post-training recognition of the requirements of emergency medical staff(P>0.05).ConclusionIt is feasible and effective to teach medical students integrated medical content in emergency medical teaching.
