多层螺旋CT引导下经皮穿刺活检术的临床应用优势分析

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore clinical application advantages of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT)guided percutaneous biopsy.Methods60 patients who were performed CT guided percutaneous biopsy in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The study group was given MSCT guided biopsy,and structure and surrounding tissue of the lesion was analyzed by three-dimensional reconstruction.The control group was given routine CT axial position guided biopsy.The success rate of the first puncture,the rate of repeated puncture,the rate of pathological detection,the classification of puncture accuracy and the incidence rate of complications were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe success rate of the first puncture in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The repeated puncture rate and the incidence rate of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the rate of pathological detection and the classification of puncture accuracy(P＞0.05).ConclusionThe positioning of MSCT guided percutaneous biopsy is more accurate,more safe and more reasonable for the insertion point and puncture path planning.The success rate of the first puncture is high,and the rate of repeated puncture and complications are low.Comparison with traditional CT guided biopsy,MSCT guided percutaneous biopsy has obvious clinical advantages.
