吲哚美辛巴布膏治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床效果观察

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of Indometacin Cataplasms in treating acute ankle sprain.MethodsFrom March 2015 to March 2016,120 patients with acute ankle sprain in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group(61 cases)and the control group(59 cases).The treatment group was treated with Indometacin Cataplasms,the control group was treated with Voltaren Gel.The Kofoed ankle joint scales and the VAS scores were utilized,the clinical effects between the two groups was observed and compared.The adverse effect of drug were also recorded in the whole process.ResultsThe Kofoed score of the treatment group on the first,fifth,tenth day after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The VAS score of the treatment group on the first,fifth,tenth day after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).Ther was no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.ConclusionThe effect of Indometacin Cataplasms in the treatment of acute ankle sprain is superior to topical Votalin Gel,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
