子宫背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产产后出血的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of strap-uterine suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods From April 16,2016 to April 16,2017,100 puerperae of cesarean section treated in our hospital were selected as subjects.They were evenly divided into two groups by drawing lots,50 cases in each group.In the control group,the routine therapy was used,and the strap-uterine suture was used in the observation group.The operation time,amount of postpartum bleeding,incidence of massive haemorrhage,blood transfusion,puerperal disease,hysterectomy and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of postpartum bleeding of the observation group ([614.25±26.12] ml) was less than that in the control group ([954.18±86.49] ml),the operation time of the observation group ([39.85±3.18] min) was shorter than that in the control group ([52.17±5.62] min),the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After surgery,the incidence of massive haemorrhage (2.00%),blood transfusion (0.00%),puerperal disease (2.00%) and hysterectomy (0.00%) of the observation group were lower than those in the control group (28.00%,20.00%,30.00%,10.00%),the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications of the observation group (2.00%) was lower than that in the control group (24.00%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Implementation of strap-uterine suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in puerperae with cesarean section can reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and improve the adverse outcomes.
