经尿道等离子前列腺电切术和剜除术治疗前列腺增生的临床效果比较

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effectiveness of transurethral plasmakinetic resection and enucleation of prostate in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia.MethodsAltogether 128 cases of prostatic hyperplasia patients who were treated in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 were involved as the object of this research and randomly divided into control group and observation group,64 cases in each group.Control group was given transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate;while,the observation group was treated with transurethral plasmakinetic enucleation of prostate.The clinical effectiveness of the two groups was compared.ResultsThe clinical curative effect of observation group was higher than that of the control group(96.88%vs.70.31%,P＜0.05).The operation time,bleeding volume,prostate enucleation quality,indwelling catheter time and hospitalization time of observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications,such as urinary incontinence,bladder spasm pain,anterior urethral stricture,postoperative bleeding,mild urethral stimulation of the observation group was lower than that of control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The incidence of recurrence of observation group was much lower than that of control group,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).ConclusionCompared with transurethral plasmakinetic resection,the transurethral plasmakinetic enucleation of the prostate has higher application value in clinical treatment of prostate hyperplasia.
