腹腔镜下应用硬膜外针带双色线法经皮单通道穿刺腹膜外内环结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟疝的临床效果

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic percutaneous single channel puncture internal ring high ligation by extradural-puncture needle with double-color suture in the treatment of inguinal hernia in children.Methods A total of 514 cases of inguinal hernia with complete data who underwent percutaneous peritoneal peritoneal circumferential ligation under laparoscopy in the Department of Pediatric Surgery,Pingxiang People's Hospital from July 2019 to July 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to the difference of single and double channel puncture,they were divided into double-channel puncture group(273 cases)and single-channel puncture group (241 cases).From July 2019 to May 2021,epidural needle and thread percutaneous double channel puncture were used to complete epitoneal ligation.From June 2021 to July 2022,patients were treated with epidural needle with bicolor thread and single channel percutaneous puncture to complete epitoneal ligation.Unilateral/bilateral,operation time,puncture point induration,line knot response,groin pain and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the rates of postoperative groin pain and hernia recurrence between the two groups (P＞0.05).The operation time of the single-channel puncture group was shorter than that in the double-channel puncture group,incidence of puncture point indentation and linear knot reaction in the single-channel puncture group were lower than those in the double-channel puncture group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous epidural needle with bicolor thread ligation under laparoscope is a safe and effective surgical method for the treatment of inguinal hernia in children,which can simplify operation,shorten operation time,reduce the incidence of puncture point induration and knot reaction,and is beneficial to popularize in basic hospitals.
