Abstract
Objective To study the impact of 25G type fine target color ultrasound guidance on the satisfaction rate of thyroid nodule puncture specimens under blood rich thyroid nodules. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent thyroid nodule fine needle puncture in Ganzhou Cancer Hospital from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects. All patients underwent thyroid nodule puncture examination guided by color ultrasound. The satisfaction rate of thyroid nodule puncture specimens with 22G and 25G fine needle and the satisfaction rate of thyroid nodule puncture specimens with rich blood supply were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference in satisfaction rates between 22G and 25G fine needle puncture specimens(P>0.05).The satisfaction rate of puncture specimens with rich blood supply nodules using 25G fine needles (94.55%) was higher than that using 22G fine needles (81.82%),with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the satisfaction rate between 22G and 25G fine needle non blood rich nodule puncture specimens (P>0.05).Conclusion The use of 25G fine needle puncture for blood rich thyroid nodules under color ultrasound guidance has a higher sample satisfaction rate.
