Abstract Objective To analyze the related influencing factors of home rehabilitation in elderly patients with hip fracture after operation.Methods A total of 87 elderly patients with hip fracture surgery admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Yichang from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.The general information and family support of the research objects were collected through questionnaires,the home rehabilitation situation was evaluated,and the related influencing factors was analyzed.Results Among the 87 patients,59 cases were evaluated as excellent group and 28 cases were evaluated as general group.The results of single factor analysis showed that there were no significant difference in gender,age,education,caregiver status during home rehabilitation and financial support from children between the two groups(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the personal monthly income level,the number of chronic diseases,the daily care length of caregivers,and the rehabilitation exercise encouraged by caregivers between the two groups(P<0.05).Multivariatelogisticanalysisshowedthatpersonalincome<2400yuan(β=1.386,OR=4.000,95%CI=1.169-13.692),number of chronic diseases ≥2 kinds (β=1.913,OR=6.771,95%CI=2.087-21.962) and daily care duration of caregivers <4.76 h (β=1.259,OR=3.523,95%CI=1.080-11.493)were risk factors for home rehabilitation of elderly patients with hip fracture(P<0.05).Rehabilitation exercise encouraged by caregivers(β=-1.851,OR=0.157,95%CI=0.043-0.573)was a protective factor for home rehabilitation in elderly patients with hip fracture (P<0.05).Conclusion According to the related factors affecting the rehabilitation of elderly patients with hip fracture at home,caregivers should strengthen the care and encouragement of patients,pay attention to the harm of chronic diseases to the rehabilitation of patients,so as to promote the rehabilitation of elderly patients.
